You are responding to a question I was asking in an attempt to find out how a bankruptcy would be worse. By quoting that and posting what you did I am fucking lost yet again.

I am not the one complaining about renters. I have had a few bad ones in the past and have since learned many expensive lessons. I already posted that we screen the people and aside from the issue that most screening does jack shit, you still can and will get assclowns as tenets. - One of main reasons is past landlords often do not share data or

One can also only raise a deposit so much. Go to high and you price yourself out of the market, same is said of the rents. Then even with a large deposit, they never are large enough to cover for the damage of just 1 evil assclown tenet.
