It's sounds like you're just starting out, so I would advise against maxing out your line of credit, especially if you're not seeing a return on your current paid efforts. Start small, focus on guerilla style targeted marketing. Create themed blogs, post in news groups, get the word out. Listen to your user base, track your traffic, set up funnels, streamline your reg path. Don't blow it on shirts or print ads, that stuff gets you nowhere.
