You see flmtube, all those files are 6GB and more. I know there is a lot going around P2P, the full site RIP are deadly. I don't think that flash DRM is a neat solution. They will start recording their desktop screen, simple has that. No, the heart of the problem are the owners of the P2P sites. You must put them on your side of the table and stop those enormous files to be swap that easily. By forcing them to fracture the size, at least you give yourself a chance.
