Also, as per our system if your account is rev share and you have a $1 trial that renews and the person charges back after fees it would show as a loss because it is partnership and we lose money. You are NEVER expected to pay obviously but the amount would come off your next sale. Anyway please get in contact with me as I cant help you without looking into your account.
