ET some more information will make those who buy 'n sell site's more interested in u'r sale;
- date started
- hosting requirements
- traffic stats
- revenue
- operational costs (and time)
... u need to sell it a little, explain why it's such a good idea for someone to lay down upfront cash for the site
would also be a good idea to run over the site and make sure stuff isn't broken (like forums)
