It sounds to me like somebody may be trying to buy customer satisfaction quickly so that customers will vote and protest against healthcare reform.
I don't think you need to worry about the health of your insurance company though, even though this is an expensive gamble on their part. They will surely make that money back and more after the healthcare reform plans are defeated.
After all, can you remember any other time they were so concerned about your financial satisfaction?
As I said in another post though, the people who are against healthcare reform because they like what they already have do not realize that it is slipping from their grasp as rates continue to increase and various conditions treatments are increasingly denied.
They like what they have sure, but how much longer will they be able to afford it?
