Illustrating product support is hardly a trademark violation. If you are the expert maybe hit up Sony and offer them to work on commission basis, there's big money to be made
If the picture is unlicensed she cant use it obviously, it looks like a regular Istock photo. It doesn't mean that Sony must license it just because it's a picture of a Sony item, the photographer or designer needs to be the done licensing it.
Here is a random fact: The time you used on searching for that thing, then trying to be a smartass could have been used a lot more wisely, as example you could have fixed your Tube site, it seems all videos show double and views all show 0
