I get the whole email first blah blah, after awhile it does become tedious as you often get a run around via email.
To damn many people get away with theft or excuse me "rouge designers". Despite the issue that any designer you ever speak with uses only the pictures the client delivers to them. I much rather see this crap brought front and center. Call the bastards out. Hell I would not even take a simple apology anymore either, I would expect some form of compensation.
