We used this material making prosthetics in the film business. Its Alginate and sets in about 1 to 3 minutes. Problem is its cold when applied so it tends to shrink ya dick. Best to get Viagra and a few porn movies or better still a naked woman in front of you so that you keep it stiff until the stuff sets.
