A couple of things that have come up in conversations....

1. I have two working demo's of the tube site hybrid up.

2. I chose simply designs, but you can get as complicated as you like.

3. I have the preview clips set at 30 seconds for non-members. You can change that to shorter, or longer, if you please.

4. I run all my rotating ads through OpenX. You can pick something else if you so chose.

5. I prefer Zombaio on my new tube pay site hybrids, but you can work with whomever your wittle heart desires. They have a very simply installation compared to Verotel, CCB, or some others we checked out. Plus they offer 4.9% processing.

6. Amateur content is in WMV format. So you can just upload, unwatermarked, clips to the script and process that way if you choose. I prefer to watermark, and then upload to the site. But that is your decision.

The foot fetish content is in RAW DV AVI format, 720 x 480. You are going to get better quality then a compressed file, and it free your to compress in multiple formats for clip store sales down the line as supplemental income or faster ROI.

The foot fetish content has been licensed less that 10 times, and in most cases less than 3. I have different packages for different price points. So the content is not going to be everywhere, nor saturated by any means. I have 1200 scenes to date, and shoot more every month.
