I would also point out that there are two bills in the Senate...so currently there are five bills under consideration and once there is a single bill in the House and a single bill in the Senate the two bills will then have to be resolved into a single bill to be signed by the President. So...at this point there is not a bill that is conclusive on any aspect that is under consideration so it would be totally inaccurate to say someone is lying about "THE BILL" as there is not any bill that is "THE BILL".
