So your claim is that she posted the video? How do you know she posted the video?
If true, that means the privacy argument is a straw man and a red herring.
It raises the question of why a privacy argument was ever raised in the first place. Why did this privacy argument guy, KrisH i guess, claim that there was a privacy issue?
What did he read that gave him a basis for claiming privacy?
