You cant just have a party that started this, who went in and took out the president, so called attempted to produce a gov(probably using this word wrong for this) type of life for them which they have never had, and just leave it in the way it is just because a new president is now in office. But if you read up about it, they have called home over 200k troops since obama's been in office. So if august was the bloodiest, this maybe why.
