She's fully entitled to exercise her copyright, assuming she has legitimate ownership.
If she is the owner, I hope she sues the hell out of whoever leaked it and used it without permission. She might start a legal fund for that, in which case you can donate to show her your support.
That seems unlikely to keep her from getting fired. Nor from this ending up on fark and 4chan and the like.
That's simply reality. There are risks to making naughty videos. Someone she knows did this to her. And now its on gfy.
