indirectly, they had a 3 month crackdown, and 1800 suspected dealers were shot by police, but the police claim it was by 'rival gangs' that shot them hehe.... they said in 3 months they will clean the country of all of its drug problems.... lol
it's still rampant.....
either way caffeine is my drug of choice nowadays...
