99% of them are all hand written, there are some rss feed ones intergrated to some of the blogs IE
www.fuckmyjeansblog.com but I usually keyword swap the posts.
Rick Diculous, around 90% of the traffic is SE as the only other thing I do with any of these blogs is internal linking from my own sites.
