It's a Red-Light district, full of every drug & all of the cities finest 18yo junkies sucking dick in any # of full service strip clubs.
Drugs are dealt in the open air, right in front of a police station....And if you show up around Noon (12pm), or 1am-2am...you can catch the finest 18-21 year old girls who have been kicked outta clubs for fighting...(black, white & spanish) dying for their next fix of whatever it is they do....without ever going into a club
Oh & there is a "cash only" well known (and fairly clean) hotel called "THE EXECUTIVE" for a $10 cab ride. With 24-7 free porn....
If you like nicer hotels, I suggest the Sheraton City Center. About $150 year round, with the best views of the most fucked up city on earth.
