I recently installed that set of tools for the members area of a mainstream bizopp site not long ago. It's an easy setup, the license is like $97 or something. There's got to be dozens of sites out there running the exact same setup. Anyone can setup their own "advanced" seo tool site for under $100 identical to that. Installs in like 5 minutes, turnkey setup.

the templating and design are far from flexible though, unless you go deep into the script and modify things manually.
