yes and it's extremely easy. However, you'll have the duplicate content thingy. If that doesn't bother you throw me a mail and I'll send you the different ways to do it 
Either way, if the domains are in the same server then better, otherwise you'll need to pull the posts via RSS (which is not a bad idea at all since you can use plugins to modify them "on the fly" to lesser the duplicate content issue) or allow a MySQL remote host/s to pull info from a database
