See, that is where you have failed. It is you who acts as the elitist that anyone who was successful in mainstream would even consider being part of what you think is YOUR industry. Last I looked, it's free enterprise and no one, not even the biggest companies have the market or industry cornered. Let's call it what it really is and that is fear of any competition.....or maybe jealousy. I sincerely doubt many in the industry had the life long dream of being in adult while growing up. So just because you may have been here before me and others does not give you a right to try and play gatekeeper. The difference in the example you have provided is that those that come from mainstream generally have real, employable skills to fall back on if their adventure in adult does not pan out. The same cannot be said for those who start out in adult or have only worked in adult.
