Totally feel your situation; I'm very similar. Use partnerships to free yourself to inject time into whatever is really interesting to you.

You may balk at an idea like offering ~50% to a partner, but if you have the assurance that this buys you a solid revenue stream for X years -- AND you can focus on your latest impulse -- then it's a HUGE win for you. Set it up so that you continue to participate in an advisory, board-type, role and go go go do whatever else you want to do.

You're looking for a kindred spirit, someone who loves entrepreneurial stuff but is even more engaged at an operational level. This isn't jobfair stuff. You're not looking for an employee, you're looking for an owner.
