imo, as a sales rep, chris is very good at his job. i know he did well at avn bringing cash flow, and can personally attest to him being relentless in search of additional avn sponsors ;)
dvd market took a steep dive last year, and with the loss of some of their big sponsorships around the same time, the money began drying up, since then, avn has dropped the internet mag (avnonline), monty and now chris.
they dont have much of an internet side left at this point, xbiz is aggressively going after their market share and moe is become just as relentless as chris
