these are some methods that work

If you have street creds (ie are known in the biz or shoot for a company that is) talking to the owner doesnt hurt, tell him that you will promote his club, etc this gets you his blessing but it in and of itself wont get you girls.

It also doesnt hurt to make friends with a DJ or two

But By and large you need to focus on the dancers.

Only an idiot goes in by himself and only a bigger idiot pays for dances....as one guy pointed out the instant you do that yer a customer.

The smart way to do it is to take a cute personable girl (preferably a dancer) with you. let her do the cold calling and you seal the deal.

do not use the shotgun approach, target one girl. Talk to her straight and tip her for sitting and talking to you, DONT buy a dance. If she isnt interested be nice and say if you know anyone here who might be send em my way and I will take care of you if they shoot.

After you shoot one girl from a club, make sure she has a good time, make it fun and she will tell her friends and you will be pulling girls from there left and right. Visit the club now and then but dont buy dances....let the girls come to you who want to shoot dont proposition them. If yer interested in a particular girl ask a girl you have already shot if she might be interested.

Pay them all the same...period.

The absolute best way is to become part of the club family. I have a friend who manages a club, when I go in I hang in his office I know every bartender every dj every bouncer, every dancer and the club has full knowledge of what I do and they have given me their seal of approval.

If someone else goes into this club and propositions a girl they go tell the management and they eject him. I go in I never proposition the girls there they all know me they all know what I do and if they want to shoot they come to me. i do it discreetly and I treat them all well and they line up to shoot whenever Im in.

follow these rules and take your time and you will reap the rewards...strip clubs are by far the best places to recruit IF you do it right.
