I HATE the fact that we are spoon fed medication for this or that during commercial or magazine ads. It is fucking ridiculous and idiotic.

I agree. Medication is a terrible way to deal with depression. Therapy and counseling I support. Even a daily run can do wonders for depression. Trouble is getting a patient to actually try it. I'm sure it's all way more complicated than we can imagine.
