Could be worse - she could be a fat guy with big boobs...she wouldn't have the luxury of wearing a bra for support and would be constantly laughed at by both guys and girls vs. thought of as hot.
Seriously though, my sis just got breast reduction and seems like she's enjoying life more without big boobs.

Yea no kidding, boo freakin' hoo! Perhaps she should look at that one site online where there are tons of girls begging for money to get boob jobs. I forget what it is now but heard about it a month or so ago.
