Come to Baltimore City and you'll see how wrong of a statement that is. The drug business is a good business.
They are entrepreneurs just like any of us are.
There are a lot people in the surrounding counties (and the city itself) that need to feed their addictions.
The thug I used to get my weed from (when I smoked every day) spent more time running out of the city than in. Every single delivery he'd offer a side of heroin, coke or ecstasy...even though he knew the answer.
