On a more serious note, Steffie, you have to be carefull not to expose ( no pun intended...) yourself to harm, neither be subject of criminal action by the GOV. I could tell you to move to Canada, but it could be a drastic measure.
I think that if you keep your records in perfect order, have an original at home and another original in an " office that you rent". the authorities could be uinderstanding. If not, I am sure a judge would see that you are not trying to abuse the system but to protect yourself from abuse.

I went ahead and added my physical address just now.
I guess I will be the first Amateur (I am an Amateur, I don't work for a big company, I don't get paid for shoots, I interact personally with my Members) to do so. I actually went looking at my friends websites and all of them still have their po box listed.
Oh well... I guess I just cross my fingers, however there is a small help "So my attorney says"
Most members don't care for reading a bunch of crap on our sites. The legal notices from all of our sites are now going directly into tapact.com (Still changing most links around)
which than there is a link to tapact.com/legal.htm
my home address is listed 4 paragraphs down under Custodian of records.
My lawyer looked at how I did it and said this will be fine.
I had him look at how some of the biggest Amateur sites are doing it like Carol Cox and kinda mimicked it of them.
So it makes me feel a little better.
