It clearly says the address must be the place of business where the records can be inspected. Your place of business, not a remote mail collection type of thing like a PO Box.
They have to be able to write the address down, drive to it, knock on a door, show their little badges and ask to see the records.

Why? Because they are stupid. There is no other explanation.
The best part is that some seem to think this is all new. Just goes to show you how ingornant people endanger their own futures as well as the future of others.
Instead of trying to find a way around the law, how about complying with it? The law is very clear but a lot of these people think they found a loophole.
Kinda odd that a bunch of high school drop outs, who run small websites that do not even cover all of their bills, seem to think that they know more about the laws then prominent attorneys.
