I'm more than happy to email you promo materials like I did last week - you can just drop me an email. That ensures that I know what you need in case I miss your posts on the boards.
The banners are ready well in advance, but are included in our Rotating Group Banners tools which automatically update after each group show. If you need them earlier, no problem.
