You can put rice and veggies in the bottom... and salmon/chicken/whatever on top... cooks in like 40 mins.. super easy...

then you won't have any worries about how long something will "keep"...
Thanks -- I'll guess I'll buy a foreman grill and marinade a bunch in single containers and throw them in the refrigerator so I can thaw and cook on a daily basis.

Any ideas about low-sodium marinades? Ideally brands I could buy and bag.
