My case: I show up in court with the original content. Defendent does not show. Why would they? They are guilty and they may have travel expenses etc. Judge awards the max for each violation. I walk away with and 2.25 million judgement. The attorneys will get aggressive for any percentage of THAT.
I think the gov is happy watching us chew each other out of buisness.
What we feared most years ago...2257...may be the best chance for survival if finally enforced...
