Maybe your emails are not getting thru for some reason. Did you write them from a different email addy just in case?
I've only been with Phatservers for a couple of years but they have the best support then any hosting company I've ever been with. They've always bent over backwards to take care of me and listen....I don't have no kind of big plan or anything like that. I'm just a
regular, everyday, normal guy!
If this issue turns out to be their fault, tell them you want a free month of service or something. They are stand-up folks, they'll take good care of you given the opportunity. At least....that's been my experience with them!
