I don't know why but I've had symptoms of IBS for the longest time and I did eat healthy. I felt backed up probably most of my life. The fear of having the shits at an inopportune moment really had me worrying, which increases IBS, and completes a circle which can be hard to get out of. So if I am not regular during the week I will take one or two of them to make sure things are flowing smoothly.

If you really think you have a health related issue, go see your doctor anyway, it won't hurt.
