If that's you in your pic, you don't look like you have high-risk heritage for celiac ... it's more often a problem for people of a pasty white scottish/english background ... but I don't know your family tree, so I'm suggesting it anyway.
If you think it might be tied to your drinking, well, beer has gluten in it.
The damage caused by it can also cause you to have problems with dairy and other things, but those symptoms will get better once your guts have time to heal.
Hope that's not your diagnosis; makes for a boring menu, and figuring out what's safe to eat can be tricky.
