I had a spinach salad, just tossed in lemon, extra virgin and some black pepper, Topped it with some really lightly poached trout, that had cooked earlier and let go cold. Flaked that off and mixed with some avocado, tomato and cucumber and tossed all that in an Asian style chili sauce, which I just make with a couple of fresh chili, some garlic, ginger, juice 1 lime, tsp of sugar and some fish sauce and a few drops of sesame oil to. Spinach on the bottom, trout on the top kinda dish. Served it with some kipfler potatoes, cooked and cooled, cut in 1/2 and rolled in paprika and flour then pan fried til crisp. Drain em well on paper towels before serving.
