how about this far fetched idea...find out who is playing in Vegas during that time that fits the bill for webmasters. then buy massive amounts of group tickets to the concert compliments of the sponsors and have The Ball After The Band party lined up in a VIP section or club that is in same space as the concert that can have all the signage etc. not sure how much it cost to do it from scratch with hiring own band, but amount of sponsor money might cover a few hundred concert tix, wristband goodies and party location. you save yourself a ton of work and could have a ton of fun working on unique marketing and promotions that could be tailored accordingly. So peeps enjoy a concert together and then a party with DJ tunes or whatever to drink and network to.
LOL would be awesome to see a ton of peeps in a concert section decked out Player's Ball style.
