actually in other words i can cite many i just figured you had some common sense. Assault, kidnapping, torture for starters, those are specific.. anyone with half a brain who isn't dancing around an excuse can think of dozens, use your noggin.

the judge called it torture not interrogation , get your facts straight..

interogation is where i say "where were you at 9:00 pm" torture is when i dress you up in womens clothing and have dogs attack you

funnily enough thats the exact same people who make my laws, and we all know what the constitution says about keeping people detained with no charges right.. I'll quote for you the interesting parts that you seem to have amnesia about

In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district where in the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defence.

but i know what excuse you will likely use next... they aren't americans so we can trample all over the constitution. So lets trample on some international law then.. from the geneva conventions

Protected persons are entitled, in all circumstances, to respect for their persons, their honour, their family rights, their religious convictions and practices, and their manners and customs. They shall at all times be humanely treated, and shall be protected especially against all acts of violence or threats thereof and against insults and public curiosity.

So to violate either of those is "unlawfull" and you would have to be brain dead or delusional to read those and think whats happening doesn't violate it. Or maybe you dont understand the meaning of "protected especially against ALL ACTS OF VIOLENCE"

Either way whats happening and has happened in guantanamo is unlawfull with our laws and international laws we have agreed to abide by.
