I got a new Toshiba and I fucking hate it. The performance is decent but it has Vista and ita all weird and the screen is shorter than what im used to and I cant use some programs.

I bought it from NewEgg and theres no refunds.
I bought it for $800 and put it on Craigslist for $725 and got no offers.

is there anything I can do? I just want to get rid of it for a decent price and get a laptop I like.
