I bought my Xbox in the states and was told I woul not be able to use it in Aus cause its NTSC and we have PAL. MY tele does both NTSC and PAL so it might work. I havent tested it here yet though. So yes, there are regional considerations
Just dont know if they only apply to the teles or maybe the games themselves.
