Nah. I don't have any celeb content. I don't have to worry about anybody monitoring my posts.
But it's good to have final confirmation that CE is out of the celeb niche for good.
I still hope that somebody will find a legal way around the danger of litigation. I may not have celeb content, but I have traffic that has been proven to do well with a celeb email program. As I and other people have pointed out elsewhere, even celeb look-alikes, a Mr. Skin kind of thing or some kind of celebrity nudity database might prove beneficial for some people with celeb traffic or traffic that converts well with celeb themed sites wanting to promote an email collection program. As long as there are celebs, there will be people out there who are fascinated by them. It'd be good to be able to harness the money-making potential of that fascination.
Maybe it's impossible to find a way to create such a thing without the danger of legal hassle, but I find it hard to believe that the very idea of nude celebs can be litigated out of existence. Probably it's not worth the effort for the companies creating the email collection programs. It's too bad, since it might well be valuable for the rest of us who use them.
So it goes.
