I don't take any position one way or another regarding any of these
techniques, but I don't think it's important to keep the facts straight.
Here's the actual procedure. Note that it's the shoulder blades, not
the head, which are supposed to contact a flexible false wall, so the
claim of "slamming their head against the wall" is a lie.
