Honestly, I've felt sorry for the guy since his Mom died. I get older women wanting to get surgery to boost their self-esteem. He will probably feel guilty until the day he dies. I can't say I wouldn't get my own Mom plastic surgery if she really wanted it to feel better. I don't know how I'd handle it if my success killed her.
