Yes, it was. And totally unnecessary. Disarming a knife from an elderly woman should've taken 2 seconds and not required a take down. It's simple leverage. She had a fuckin' cane or walker or whatever for chrissakes.
Like using explosives to knock down a sand castle. "It was a very proper detonation."
