If he was unconscious why was he repeatedly told to stop resisting virtually to the very end of the tape? They probably should not have punched and kicked him...but instead used their tasers.
The guy was resisting from the word go and officers have the legal obligation to pretty much do what they choose to do to subdue a person as long as they continue to resist.
