I'm a PHP/MySQL programmer, I've dealt with people stealing my shit, I just make sure I put a good kill switch into my script and hope that whoever stole it didn't remove it. Hense the nick ;)
I'm sorry your content doesn't allow you to easily kill the whole server your stuff is stolen and put on.
