Until yesterday, we used 4 billing companies. iBill is the only one that's ever sent a check late, the only one that's ever taken longer than a week to return a phone call and the only one that's ever totally ignored a tech support e-mail. Their "Compliance" department took 3 weeks to check out our sites. They also charge 4% more than our other processors.
So, erm, Fuck iBill!
(And we now have 3 processors - there's no point sitting here moaning and still using them. If you're unhappy with them, close your account!)
PS - Will iBill be in Amsterdam? I think we should throw things at their stand!
