4. I agree. Even more when I look statistics. Many visitors just come and look at videos (20 in front page) and leaves. So I changed all posts (100+ entries).
5. There are 10 posts from beginning, but they were so long so it just looked like there is more of them.

I highly recommend using Google's free
Keyword Tool to search for keywords. For instance "Vanessa Lane" was searched 110,000 times but her name is in 895,000 web pages which indicates a tremendous amount of competition. Looking over all of her keywords most of them are extremely competitive.
