You don't find it to be a lil bit shady at all to "not" approve an affiliate, yet they can log in, grab links and send traffic, and see that they are producing joins? And all the time they are not approved, they can work and function like an "approved" affiliate. You never mention it, you don't freeze the account, you don't contact them to say they should not be sending traffic because they are "not" approved. But, once they make some sales all of a sudden their account is gone with no explanation, and when they inquire about this you say "ah your fault bro, you weren't approved."
So affiliates need to be mind readers and assume they are either approved or not. How many other people are sending you traffic and joins that are "not approved?"
And another question.
If accounts like his are not approved for fear of fraud, and you make no money from them, why even leave them open and accept the traffic of a not approved webmaster?
