LOL, someone gets it, finally! At the time I wrote it, tubes didn't exist...it was meant to be tongue in cheek - not serious. The strange thing about it, as ridiculous and overblown as it is, there is some truth.
As far as the laws or progress go. I am not "anti-progress" - if you own some content and you want to throw it on a tube - GO FOR IT! I think, at some point, porn could be ad free and supported, but we are a long way from that.
However, jacking people's content so you can advance you financial agenda is wrong. The law is not even written to side with the tube sites. They are getting by on a loophole now.
I don't think anyone can argue they are sucking the money out of this biz. It is a giant money-tampon blocking the flow of cash in adult right now.
The way things are headed the only people left standing will be Brazzers.
