Allright, in Med School we learned this:
An average woman has around 6000 sensitive cells in each breast, regardless of their size, just like you have one heart and two lungs. So a woman with smaller tits will have her sensitive cell much closer to each other, while they are more spread out in a larger breast. So a finger or a hand touches more cells at any one time on a smaller breast, making it easier to please a girl with small tits.
